Pizza and Picasso Program coming again this Fall
Back by popular demand this fun class returns for fall 2010. This time the ages accepted are 5 to 7 years old and 8 - 10 years and it is will be held on alternate Friday evenings beginning October 1st.
This class is a win win for both parents and children, giving parents a little break on a Friday night and the kids an opportunity to learn about the masters and explore their own creativity with professional instructors. The class is held in a creative environment at our Music Studios located at Minato Village. All materials are included and all kids get Pizza and a beverage. They will go home happy and satified!
The first class starts October 1st and we expect the spaces to fill up fast, so don't wait!!!

The Arts Connection and Renaissance Kids will be offering a fantastic Art Smart program this Fall! The children will learn about the 7 elements of art design: line, shape, texture, colour, value, form and space. They will be introduced to famous artists through biographical stories, music and by working with different media. All art supplies included.
In addition to this amazing visual arts program, children will experience bilingualism through a French language class. This is the ideal program for children who would like to learn and progress in French without being in a French Immersion School. Please note all sessions will be held at #1 - 12491 No. 2 Road from 1:30 - 4:30 PM.

The Art of Seeing: learning to draw naturally – 11 yrs and up (Location TBA)
Anyone can learn to draw if provided with the proper guidance! Students develop their perceptual skills (ability to see) through exercises focusing on contour line, positive/negative space, sighting, and light/shadow relationships. Whether you want to learn to draw or just want to fine-tune your skills, this class will give you the confidence you need to draw what you want, and will provide a solid foundation for other areas of artistic study.
